Describe what you would like transferred: Just enough to unlock all the roles is sufficient. Had a time transfer done from SL to Omu, so Omu is included only for the 350 hrs from there and being the upstream.

Overall hours aren't being transferred. Would you rather transfer from Omu or Starlight?

Omu is fine, I was suggesting you don't have to go line by line if you don't want to type in the totals for every role. Whatever the min hours for unlocking roles is fine. I also have 2.5k hours on Pirata MRP if necessary (requires translation) for any gaps.
