AMinnesotan2 Delta-V Time Transfer

I don't NEED playtimes from each individual role, I mainly just want playtimes per department so I can play roles that I want, but I at minimum want to be able to bypass the panic bunker.

If I remember correctly, the panic bunker relies on overall time, which does not get transferred! If you'd like I can still transfer the rest.
