Make a thread here and answer the following in this format:

The following are how applications are generally internally judged:
- Check date joined, ensure applicant isn't brand new. If so, close app.
- Check overall hours, which should generally be above 12. If not, close app.
- Check prior bans, and determine if they match the intended Golden Standard we aim to uphold. If they don't, close app.
- If they apply with ad-hominem against anyone else, remove them from the forum.
- If they apply using AI-written text, remove them from the forum, and ban them from the discord. No appeal.
- If nobody likes them, close app.
